I have always loved fixing things like cars. Whether it was working on my BMX bicycle or doing bodywork on my first car I really enjoyed working with my hands and making something ugly or broken look like new again. I got my start in auto reconditioning when I was 16 years old helping my dad with his windshield and auto interior repair business. I learned how to run a mobile business and serviced many auto dealers in the Louisville, KY area. In 1994, I started my own Paintless Dent Removal and automotive paint repair business. I was pretty much a minor collision shop on wheels and developed a great reputation for repairing very difficult damage on site. I eventually decided to stop painting and focus on what I really enjoyed, Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). PDR is considered an art by many and I have always been driven to master it. Being able to completely remove a dent from a vehicle without any sanding, body filler, or painting is extremely rewarding.
I spent a lot of time trying to think of a relevant name for my PDR business. I chose KY Dent Guy Paintless Dent Removal because it fits my personality and drive, and sets the tone for my business. I am constantly educating myself about new vehicles, new techniques, and harder to fix damage. But it doesn’t stop there. I push the limits of exceptional customer care and customer satisfaction which has resulted in a loyal customer base. I truly have a passion for PDR and strive to be the best businessman possible.
